These terms apply when you use this website or place an order with Unchained Performance. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a contract and that the information you provide is accurate.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not mean the order has been accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, details are incorrect or fraud checks are not passed.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before dispatch. If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before proceeding.

Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. Please check parcels on arrival and report damage or missing items promptly, retaining the product and all packaging while a claim is reviewed.

Consumers may have statutory cancellation rights. Unused, unfitted and unmarked goods should be returned in their original packaging within the stated returns period. Bespoke, personalised or used goods may be excluded where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Manufacturer warranties vary by product. Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, professional installation evidence and diagnostic information. Wear, misuse, competition use or incorrect installation may not be covered.

You are responsible for confirming compatibility and for ensuring installation by a competent person. Vehicle modifications can affect safety, emissions, road legality, insurance and manufacturer warranty. Seek professional advice where required.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or losses arising from improper installation, misuse or unlawful vehicle modification.

Website text, graphics, branding and other content belong to their respective owners and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply to them.
