Audi A6 S6 RS6 C7

The C7 RS6 made the 4.0 TFSI biturbo famous: 560hp stock, 700+ on software and downpipes. The S6 shares the same engine detuned, the TDIs remap beautifully - this is the fast-family-car platform of its decade.

The people's hypercar-hauler

The C7 RS6's 4.0 TFSI is one of the great modern tuning engines: hot-vee twin turbos, forged bottom end, and factory calibration so conservative that software alone finds 130hp. Downpipes and intercoolers push a standard car past 750hp while it still carries a wardrobe and a dog. The S6 runs the same engine at 420-450hp - identical path, lower entry price. Gearbox software belongs in every build; the ZF8 otherwise limits what the engine map delivers.

The proven upgrade path

01
Stage 1
Engine + gearbox map - an RS6 lands around 700hp, an S6 around 550.
02
Stage 2
Downpipes and intercoolers with a matched map - 750hp with factory turbos.
03
Control
Air-lowering module or coilovers, brakes and geometry for a two-tonne car with supercar pace.
04
Beyond
Upgraded turbos and fuelling take the 4.0 TFSI toward four figures - scoped via custom mapping.
// In-house ECU tuning
In-house ECU tuning for the 4.0 TFSI & TDI range
Stage 1-3 and custom mapping for the 4.0 TFSI & TDI range, all done in-house - the map to match the hardware above.

C7 - frequently asked

Is 700hp really safe on a stock RS6?

On a healthy, well-serviced car, yes - the 4.0 TFSI's internals and turbos carry Stage 1 comfortably. Heat is the real limit, which is why intercoolers are the first hardware we recommend.

S6 or RS6 as a tuning base?

The S6 is the value play: same engine architecture, and Stage 1 takes it beyond a stock RS6 for a fraction of the price. The RS6 justifies itself with cooling, brakes and drivetrain sized for more.

Can I lower the air suspension without coilovers?

Yes - a plug-in lowering module drops the car cleanly while keeping factory ride modes. Coilovers remain the choice for serious geometry work.

Do you offer ECU tuning in-house?

Yes - Stage 1-3 and custom ECU mapping are done fully in-house. We don't currently offer parts fitting, but we're happy to advise on your install.
