EBC's BSD series racing discs use a bi-directional fine-slot pattern that vents heat away from the pad contact area and de-gasses the brakes under hard use — silent in operation, and resistant to the ribbing that scars lesser slotted discs after a few thousand miles. Thermic black anti-corrosion coated with show-through silver slots for the look to match the function.
